THE STRATEGY
After consultation with management we determined that we would undertake forensic investigation procedures to identify the source and quantify the extent of the financial anomalies.
On successful completion of our fieldwork we submitted a detailed forensic investigation report to management, highlighting the extent of the financial anomalies. Using this report our client was able to institute legal proceedings in an attempt to recover misappropriated company assets.
