THE STRATEGY
We set up a company for our client through the registrar of companies and arranged the relevant statutory registrations e.g. Tax/ZIMRA, in line with Zimbabwean company law.
Pursuant to their company registration we provide our client with significant management consulting services (e.g. business strategy, business process optimization etc.), accounting from bookkeeping to annual financial statements and taxation services.
